Accounting practice in the CEMAC region is regulated by the CEMAC council of ministers. The CEMAC practicing license is issued to practice in all the countries of the CEMAC region. Also all countries which are signatory to the OHADA Uniform Acts enjoy reciprocity laws one of which allows citizens of member states to practice wherever they have business and can open subsidiaries or branches as will facilitate doing business.
